Reduced Operation Cost
Terminal Operating System (TOS) is a software platform used by ports and container terminals to manage the flow of goods, coordinate equipment and labor, and ensure that all operations are efficient and cost-effective.
TOS has several benefits for ports and businesses that rely on effective logistics. This solution’s cutting-edge technology allows for real-time data administration, allowing for precise monitoring of every transaction and movement of commodities. Because TOS is adaptable to the unique requirements of every port, regardless of size, it offers users flexibility. Additionally, this technology lowers ship wait times and boosts port throughput capacity, which supports operational cost reductions.

Container/Yard Management
Using a Terminal Operation System (TOS) application offers several key adventages :
Efficiency and Speed
The Terminal allows quick access to system functions without needing a graphical interface, and users can automate repetitive tasks with scripts
Low Resource Usage
The terminal is more resource-efficient compared to graphical interfaces, making it suitable for systems with lower specifications.
Greater Control
Users have deeper control over the system for more detailed configuration and management
Flexibility and Scripting
It enables the use of scripts to automate complex tasks and enhance productivity
Remote Access
The terminal supports remote access via SSH, which is important for server administration
MAIN FEATURE
Real Ship/Cargo Trackingtime
Enables real-time monitoring of goods movements, both by ports and logistics providers.
Resource Management
Optimize the use of heavy equipment and labor to increase efficiency.
Ship/Cargo Scheduling
Optimizes port operations by scheduling ship arrivals and departures, cargo loading and unloading, and minimize the risk of congestion.
Financial Management
Simplify the financial processes that occur with automation based on activities at the port.
Yard Management
Makes it easier to arrange placing and picking up containers at the port

Case Studies
Batu Ampar Port, Batam Indonesia
TOS
Productivity of container loading and unloading is increased by operating Ship to Ship (STS) Crane and Harbor Mobile Crane (HMC) from 8-10 boxes per hour to 40-50 boxes per hour. Batu Ampar Container Terminal has now used the TOS operating system.
MOS
MOS makes it easier for cargo industry players and loading and unloading companies to carry out administrative processes in carrying out towing and piloting activities, as well as increasing the effectiveness of the piloting and towing processes by up to 30% and reducing operational costs from ship fuel use.
AGS
Efficient operational time for container trucks entering and leaving the Batu Ampar terminal, thereby reducing operational processing time and avoiding vehicle buildup at the port.
I have used MOS for SITC ships, from the pilot onboarding process, start towing, end towing to pilot off, everything can be done on this system, I hope that using MOS can make it easier for pilots to carry out their work efficiently.
Marine Pilot Batu Ampar Port, Batam
There has been a change in the loading and unloading process which initially could take 3-5 days to only 1 day. With the digitalization of the port at Batam’s Batu Ampar port, this increases efficiency in terms of time and operational costs.
